What room prices do you offer?

You can choose between:

Best price & condition: Overnight without breakfast and with the best cancellation condition.

Early bird: Book early and save 12 percent. Requires booking 28 days before arrival. The total amount is debited from your credit card at the time of booking; the booking cannot be cancelled or changed.

**Weekend special Book from Friday till Monday and you receive 10% on the complete room price (without breakfast).The total amount is debited from your credit card at the time of booking; the booking cannot be cancelled or changed.

Do you offer free WLAN?

Free Wi-Fi is available in the lobby, in the conference rooms and in our comfort and business rooms.

Do you offer parking spaces?

We have an underground car park that can be used for 5,00 EUR per car and night and parking spaces for 2,50 EURO per night.

At what time do you serve breakfast and how much is it?

Mondays – Saturdays 6.00 a.m. – 10.00 a.m. Sundays and national holidays 6.00 a.m. – 11.00 a.m.

Food allergies or alternative diets can be considered if mentioned beforehand.

The breakfast will be cost 8,50 EUR per Person.

What is the earliest time to move into my room and at what time do I have to check out?

You can move into your room after 3 o’clock p.m. on the day of your arrival. Please check out until 11 o’clock a.m. on the day of your departure.

Do you have a minibar?

The hotel has a small fridge in every room.

What do I need to know if I wish to depart later?

It is possible to stay in your room longer than usual, but only after consultation with our receptionists. Please note that additional costs arise:

25.00 EUR extra charge per room if you stay until 3 p. m.. If you wish to stay longer than 3 p. m., you will be charged with the full amount of a further night.

Can I put down my suitcase?

Yes, it is possible to put down your luggage for free.

How long is the reception area staffed?

The reception area is open 24 hours a day.

Which tickets do you sell?

We offer the Magdeburger Tourist Card for 24 hours and for 48 hours.

Do you allow pets?

We welcome dogs and small pets after consultation with our receptionists. We charge extra 15,00 EUR for a single final cleaning.

How long is the restaurant open?

Mondays - Saturdays 6pm – 12.00pm (Our kitchen is open till 10.00 p.m.) We are closed on Sundays

Is the hotel equipped with a sauna?

For your relaxation, our hotel offers sauna for additional 5.00 EUR per Person and day.

Which shops are in the near of the hotel?

In 2.7 km there are lots of shops in the Bördepark, next to drugstore stores, supermarkets, cafes, bars, restaurants also a pharmacy.
